About the Role Stepping into an established portfolio, you'll be the go-to for landlords and tenants alike, keeping things running smoothly from day one. No two days are the same, and we'll make sure you have everything you need to succeed. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end Handling tenant communications, maintenance requests, and repairs Liaising with landlords and providing timely, professional updates You will have support in the following areas: Coordinating routine, entry, and exit inspections Processing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management Ensuring compliance with relevant tenancy legislation What We're Looking For Proven experience in residential property management (minimum 5 years) Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential) Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Confident using property management software (PropertyMe, IRE, TAPI & Inspection Express) Excellent communication and time management skills A current driver's licence (work car will be provided for out-of-office appointments) What's In It For You Competitive hourly rate — we pay for your experience Monday to Friday only — no weekends, ever Supportive team who will set you up for success from day one Immediate start available Potential to extend or transition into a permanent role for the right person Ready to Jump In?
