Yard Co-Ordinator – Karratha This Role is for Karratha locals only - NO FIFO. We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Yard Co-Ordinator / Store person to join our Karratha operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring yard operations run efficiently & safely. About the Role Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day yard operations, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Load and unload OCTG and associated goods within required timeframes Conduct pipe inspections, preparation, and facilitate return processes Complete yard inductions for visitors and drivers, validating certifications Perform regular stock counts and manage inventory accurately Maintain the yard in a safe and environmentally compliant condition Act as the designated Yard First Aider Conduct daily equipment and maintenance checks Carry out inventory inspections in line Promote a strong safety culture and ensure QHSE compliance Report safety, quality, and process issues promptly What We’re Looking For Essential: High Risk Work Licence (LF – Forklift) Physcially Fit Mechanically Minded Minimum 4 years forklift experience Valid Australian working rights Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook) Advantageous: Premium Thread Inspection Training Key Competencies Action-oriented with a strong work ethic Team-focused and collaborative Customer-focused with attention to quality Open to innovation and continuous improvement Committed to personal development Why Join Us?
