We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to join a well-established industrial safety products supplier based in Karratha . This role is suited to someone who thrives in operational leadership with a background in supervising or leading teams and confidence while managing performance and handling conflict. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch performance while maximising effective and efficient customer service. About the role As the Branch Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of a fast‑paced branch and ensure efficient delivery of products and services to customers. You will support staff across multiple internal functions, set clear performance expectations, and act as the key communication link between branch, regional, and head office stakeholders. Your focus will be on operational excellence, safety, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a team while promoting a customer and safety focused culture Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and meet operational goals Monitoring branch service delivery, pricing accuracy, stock levels and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively Managing communication between the branch, regional teams and head office Monitoring stock losses and inventory levels and overseeing ordering, receiving and delivery process Collaborating with senior management, sales managers and regional business developers to drive continuous improvement What you'll bring Experience leading, supervising or managing a team Strong customer service and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate employees Problem solving skills and the ability to handle conflict in teams Strong computer skills Full drivers licence Full working rights in Australia and reliability to work onsite full-time hours Experience within industrial, technical, or trade-related sales will be highly regarded, but not essential. This is a casual position offering full-time hours , Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will enjoy the stability of consistent weekday work within a well-structured national organisation.
