We are currently seeking a customer focused Warehouse/Storeperson to join our clients Karratha team. This position is suited to people who have strong customer service and administration skills along with warehousing or labouring experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service both over the counter and via phone. Process customer online orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation management. Load and unload vehicles. Receive and dispatch orders from the warehouse. Key Requirements: Customer-focused with a strong passion for providing excellent service. Results-driven with experience in customer service and administration. Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems. Comfortable working outdoors or in hot environments. Confident, enthusiastic, and a team player. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain professional standards and work attire. A strong level of fitness with the ability to complete manual handling tasks. Warehouse and pick packing experience (desirable). This will be an ongoing position for the right candidate.
