About the Role As a vital member of our Leasing team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, including: Managing enquiries from prospective and existing clients Coordinating and conducting property inspections Following up enquiries and nurturing prospective tenants Implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns for rental listings Negotiating lease terms with Rental Providers Processing lease applications and ensuring compliance requirements are met Preparing and executing lease agreements This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work within a high-performing office that prides itself on exceptional service.
