About the job The Program & Reporting Officer supports the effective delivery and administration of the Orygen Digital program by coordinating funder reporting, contract administration and program support activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Program you will: Coordinate end-to-end funder reporting, ensuring timely, accurate submissions aligned to contractual requirements, KPIs and milestones. Manage contract administration, including schedules, variations, extensions, compliance, audit and acquittal activities. Maintain governance documentation (risk logs, action registers, decision logs) and ensure accurate, version-controlled program records. Provide program coordination support, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies and supporting meetings, papers and status reporting. Liaise with funders and stakeholders, strengthening reporting processes and contributing to continuous improvement across the program. Skills and experience The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position: Tertiary qualification in public policy, health, business, project management or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting projects/programs in government or not-for-profit settings, including coordinating reports for external stakeholders or funders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and detailed documentation. Confident working with data from multiple sources, including interpretation, basic analysis and visualisation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with strong written communication and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
