About the Role As an Employer Support Specialist (Key Account Coordinator) , you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of Platinum, Executive, and strategic employers. Your mission? Build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help onboard employers into our preferred products. This role is all about collaboration, problem-solving, and making a real impact on employer experience and fund growth. What You’ll Do Manage and proactively monitor employer accounts, ensuring accurate information and resolving outstanding requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels, including presentations and site visits to support payroll and clearing house education. Provide superior administration support to employers, payroll providers, and members. Collaborate with internal teams to complete tasks, resolve issues, and drive process improvements. Anticipate employer needs, resolve queries at first contact, and promote self-service initiatives. Maintain compliance with legislative and fund-specific procedures while meeting KPIs. Build strong relationships through regular communication and business planning. Contribute to team initiatives, continuous improvement, and professional development. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a customer service role with strong presentation and communication skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner. Proven ability to problem-solve, resolve disputes, and deliver results in a high-performance environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise, and work autonomously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to analyse and interpret data. Interest in the superannuation industry; RG146 or equivalent highly regarded.
