About The Position Reporting directly to ownership, this role provides operational oversight across two accommodation-based locations while supporting on-site leaders with daily execution. It is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, maintaining high standards and solving practical challenges as they arise. You will drive service culture, operational efficiency and team performance across both sites. Position Description Oversee daily operations across accommodation, grounds, maintenance and guest services Lead and support on-site management teams Manage staffing structures, rosters and labour costs Maintain presentation, cleanliness and safety standards Monitor guest feedback and professionally resolve issues Coordinate maintenance programs and external contractors Ensure compliance with WHS, council regulations and internal policies Identify operational improvements and drive efficiencies Work flexibly across peak trade periods, including weekends and public holidays Position Requirements Proven experience in an operations or senior management role within hospitality or tourism Strong leadership capability with experience managing multi-site teams Demonstrated experience in rostering, budgeting and reporting Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Practical, solutions-focused mindset Comfortable relocating if required Salary & Benefits $110,000 - $120,000 performance-based bonus On-site accommodation included as part of the package (suitable for small families and small pet) Autonomous leadership role with real operational influence Long-term opportunity within a stable, growing family-owned business To apply online, please click on the apply button.
