About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multidisciplinary works within a Alumina Smelting environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful project execution across brownfield and operational assets. You will lead project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement and contractor performance, while ensuring all works meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. This position plays a key role in managing risk, maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement across project delivery. Develop project execution strategies, schedules, estimates and risk management plans. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction and contractor teams. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required. Maintain strong relationships with client representatives, site leadership and key internal stakeholders. Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and contract administration. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure all activities comply with HSE standards and site requirements. Prepare and deliver high‑quality reporting including cost, progress, forecasting and risk updates. About you Proven experience as a Project Manager in resources, mining, or processing environments (bauxite, alumina, mineral processing or similar highly regarded). Strong background managing brownfield projects within operating facilities. Demonstrated capability managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors. Solid understanding of project controls, cost management, scheduling and risk methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive safety, quality, and performance outcomes across all phases of project delivery. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline preferred, with at least 5 years of industry exposure Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP etc) advantageous.
