With a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture, they are looking to add a Building Administrator to their growing team. This is a full-time role, based at their Geelong office. The Role Assist in reception duties Attend to maintenance queries including approving invoices and maintaining accurate records Administer weekly meetings including agenda and minute preparation Assist with OHS requirements Prepare and monitor variations to contracts and assist with permit processes About you At least 3-5 years' administrative experience in the construction space Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office packages (essential) and ClickHomes (desirable) Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety (desirable) What's in it for you?
