Description We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Services and Asset Management team and play a key role in overseeing trade and facility teams while supporting key stakeholders to deliver compliant, safe, and high‑quality maintenance services. Reporting to Operations Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Take appropriate action to ensure the maintenance service request response and completion time are in accordance with the Service Agreements. Prepare and update staff rosters in accordance with applicable Instruments, and review and submit daily staff Timesheets. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Asset Register along with the relevant planned maintenance activities to achieve an optimum level of compliance with all relevant standards. Take an active role in preparing and implementing all Contingency Plans and Standard Operating Procedures as and when required to do so. Assist with the creation and review of monthly reports as required and ensure their correct distribution and application (eg. Essential Services, Lift Maintenance, etc.).Management and supervision of leading hands and trade staff in the provision of a customer focused maintenance service. What You’ll Bring Proven experience facility management within the commercial or health sector (PPP preferable) Tertiary Qualification with an Engineering or Trade background Broad experience in the building/service industry with knowledge of building regulations and statutory obligations Use of Asset Management and Maintenance Management systems including data analytics and reporting Working knowledge of relevant built environment legislation, standards and guidelines including National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards Knowledge of Work Health Safety, and risk management principles, practices, and regulations.
