The Manager, Transformational Change is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's maintenance transformation change program, being the change lead within the proposed delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality. This role will suit an experienced Change Manager who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in facilities or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program, and is focused on delivery of great outcomes. You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide expert advice and support to stakeholder groups regarding change strategies, implementation plans and arising risks. Provide strategic thinking and future planning and lead change management initiatives and integrated approaches to enhance compliance with department-wide policies. * Provide timely expert advice and develop open and effective communication strategies including collection of highly complex, contentious, or sensitive information on matters of staff or business.
