Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of brand, operational excellence and global operations initiatives across our hotel portfolio. Based in our Brisbane Head Office , this role sits at the intersection of Operations, Brand, Digital & Technology Services and People & Culture. You’ll play a key coordination role across projects such as Oaks 2.0, operational standards, training, and compliance, ensuring initiatives are well communicated, tracked and successfully embedded at property level. What You’ll Be Doing Oaks 2.0 & Special Projects Translate brand standards into SOPs, operational tools and property-facing training materials Coordinate and track property certification audits, including scheduling, follow-ups and compliance reporting Partner with People & Culture to coordinate frontline brand immersion training and track completion by property Capture and consolidate pilot learnings prior to broader rollout Coordinate weekly rollout WIP meetings, maintain action logs and escalate issues as required Maintain and update the Brand Health Dashboard using agreed metrics and templates Provide coordination support for the Oaks 2.0 RACI and ensure documentation remains current Act as a key link between Operations, Brand and DTS to align refurbishment timelines with brand rollouts Global Hotel Operations Support the maintenance of a global library of SOPs, toolkits and standards, ensuring version control and timely distribution Coordinate input and feedback from regional Operations leaders during scheduled SOP reviews Work with People & Culture to consolidate training completion data and correlate with service and performance metrics Assist in preparing executive-level dashboards and reporting Support the Operations Excellence PMO with project plans, risk and issue logs, milestone tracking and reporting Draft and distribute operational communications including FAQs, toolkits, updates and newsletters Capture and share success stories and best practice across the portfolio Health, Safety & Compliance Support delivery of training, audits and initiatives in line with WH&S requirements Track compliance reporting and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders Promote a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement
