A much-loved Australian Charity is looking for a temporary part-time Direct Marketing Coordinator. This role starts in March and will be for at least 3 months to support with their upcoming Tax Appeal. The Direct Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting donor retention activities and administrative tasks, ensuring the effective execution of marketing programs, including appeals and regular giving. The Direct Marketing Coordinator will be: Supporting the execution of Direct Marketing activities across direct mail, telemarketing, and regular giving channels, Supporting in the development and production of appeal materials, including copywriting, briefing designers, coordinating print, mail house production, and reviewing data, lives and print files. Supporting stewardship activities for the Retention and Bequest teams, including coordinating thank-you initiatives such as handwritten birthday and end of year cards. Managing acquisition stock, obtaining and reviewing quotes, processing purchase orders, and addressing other logistical needs. Ensuring all materials are current and comply with privacy and fundraising regulations. Skills and Attributes Previous experience in a similar direct marketing role for a Charity.
