About the role As our new Audience Intelligence Analyst, you'll sit at the very heart of our business, helping to establish Mamamia as the authority on women and media. You are a curious, proactive data-lover who turns complex numbers into clear, compelling stories and communicates them with confidence. In this role, you will design, execute, and report on research to inform growth, content, product, and commercial decisions. You'll uncover insights that shape audience strategy, inform campaign performance, and guide content decisions while supporting our commercial team with vital insights across the network. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Mining audience data, insights, and trends to support commercial pre-sale decks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to set up, run, analyse, and report on Brand Uplift Studies. Producing clear, compelling presentations of research results that are easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. Improving the content team's understanding of performance by translating audience data into actionable insights. Supporting thought leadership projects and delivering well-structured audience-led insights. Managing the distribution of commercial case studies to ensure learnings are shared across the organisation. Maintaining internal Audience Intelligence decks and systems with the accurate, latest data. Proactively identifying data gaps, enhancements, or new opportunities to improve relevance. Now, a bit about you 2-3 years experience in audience research and data within a research provider, agency, brand, or media owner capacity. A keen interest in storytelling through data. Experience using data and research tools is preferable (e.g., Q-Research Software, SPSS, Alchemer, or similar). Strong working knowledge of Google Suite tools, particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. Detail-oriented and well-organised, with great time management skills and the ability to multitask. A collaborative team player who takes ownership and communicates effectively with honesty and curiosity. Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
