You will be responsible for: Owning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM and customer touch-points Planing and executing email, SMS, push and other channels aligned to broader business objectives Build and optimise customer journeys using segmentation, lifecycle and performance insights Partner with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget Support larger initiatives such as brand activity, service launches and business change programs Track performance, test and optimise campaigns to drive engagement and results.
