About the role: As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients engaging with our clinic. With empathy, professionalism and attention to detail, you will ensure every patient feels supported, informed and cared for throughout their journey. What you'll be doing: Delivering exceptional administrative support to internal and external stakeholders Providing a best‑in‑class patient experience at all times Operating the clinic’s phone switchboard as the first point of contact for all patient calls Triaging and respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team Managing patient bookings and monitor clinic appointments Triaging incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Accurately enter and maintain patient information within the patient management system Generating financial quotes and conduct financial conversations with patients Processing and quote medical billing in line with clinic requirements Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required Ideally you will bring the role: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience managing a busy phone switchboard or customer enquiries in a professional setting Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to manage high call volumes professionally and compassionately Strong communication skills across phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confidence working with IT systems, with Microsoft Office skills essential The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively A collaborative approach and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable, but not essential) A compassionate mindset aligned with delivering a premium patient experience If you’re ready to join the brave leaders of reproductive care, please apply now.
