Modern Office Facilities Friendly Team Secure Parking We are seeking a dynamic and creative office extraordinaire to lead our office culture. The role will require someone capable of coordinating the usual office responsibilities with flair and passion. We require someone who is adaptable, has sound MS Office skills and who is willing to use their initiative to support all teams located in our Mulgrave office. Based in the office 5 days a week, but with flexible hours, 9:00- 3:00pm, this role is well suited to someone with school hours commitments. The role responsibilities. Office; Maintain office kitchen cleanliness and supplies Maintain Office Stationery, Cleaning and all supplies Maintain cleanliness of office including storage requirements Arrange and receive delivery of office postage Attend to the office reception phones. Act as contact for building facilities and emergency procedures Daily review of inboxes- admin, communications, events. Provide back up to the Operations Coordinators when required. (The Operations Coordinators would also back up the Office Coordinator when required) Assist with a variety of administration tasks for the wider Mulgrave teams.
