What You’ll Be Doing As the Overnight Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our overnight operations, including: Clinical Communication & Call Management Handle a high volume of inbound calls from hospitals , ensuring timely, accurate response and support. Make outbound calls to referrers to communicate updates, clarify information, and support workflow. Deliver and escalate critical findings promptly, following established clinical communication protocols. Operational Coordination Manage and maintain accurate patient, study, and staff lists to keep workflow running efficiently. Compile and distribute nightly statistics and operational reports. Monitor rostering needs and promptly escalate any staffing gaps. Support radiologists and clinicians with administrative tasks requiring quick turnaround. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a medical administration role (hospital or radiology experience highly regarded). Strong leadership capability with the confidence to guide overnight operations independently. Excellent communication skills — calm, clear, and professional across high‑pressure situations. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Solid IT proficiency and confidence navigating clinical systems.
