As a Licence & Compliance Officer, you’ll help make sure our people, partners and processes stay fully compliant — supporting licences, audits, contractor accreditation and critical documentation. Your Key Responsibilities Maintain and update corporate, business and individual trade licences Review subcontractor licence requirements and coordinate renewals Support internal audits, including record collation and tracking corrective actions Manage compliance documentation and improve the compliance team site Monitor the compliance inbox and coordinate timely responses What We’re Looking For Relevant qualification in business or a related field (preferred, not essential) 2–3 years’ experience in a compliance, licensing or FM/building services admin role Confident written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing records.
