Help strengthen a key sector and enhance the experience of practitioners Join a values led organisation supporting 140,000 members across AU & NZ Permanent, full-time, Sydney We are looking for a relationship driven specialist to champion the needs, experiences and success of our Smaller to Medium Accounting Practices members across Australia and New Zealand. ABOUT THE ROLE In this influential member facing role, you’ll build strong relationships, resolve member issues, lead engagement programs, and use data driven insights to improve the member experience. You’ll be the voice of Smaller Practice members internally, supporting committees, ambassadors and key stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Lead engagement, communication and outreach programs for the Smaller Practices sector Build trusted relationships through meetings, events and proactive contact Resolve member issues and act as an escalation point Manage online communities and targeted communications Analyse member trends (incl. Salesforce) to drive continuous improvement Support committees, panels and ambassadors ABOUT YOU You can build trusted relationships, support CA ANZ committees, embrace change, collaborate with colleagues, and drive continuous improvement for members in smaller practices.
