Join the Thredbo People & Culture team as our People & Culture Coordinator. In this role, you’ll help bring our values, culture, and goals to life by providing administrative and people-focused support across a wide range of HR functions. You’ll work with the People & Culture team to deliver employee support and coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, workers’ compensation, staff accommodation, and training. About the Role Provide administrative and operational support across all areas of People & Culture Assist employees and managers with people-related enquiries and ensure a caring, supportive, and solutions-focused experience Assist with staff accommodation processes including arrivals, departures, maintenance coordination, and key control Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes across departments Coordinate workers’ compensation administration, including injury notifications, RTW coordination, and accurate record management Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture by promoting Thredbo’s and EVT's ELEVATE values and signature service Skills & Experience Demonstrates understanding of human resources and employee relations practices. Has 2 years’ experience in HR Administrator or Coordinator position in a relevant industry. High level of attention to detail, proven ability to adapt to varying situations, strong organisational skills, works within deadlines and prioritises effectively.
