Your Opportunity We are seeking an experienced loans administration processing candidate to join our Credit Administration team on a 12-month maximum term contract. In this busy and varied role, you will coordinate the end-to-end process from post-approval to settlement and discharges. The keys aspects of your new role: Producing loan documentation for a variety of loan types including mortgages, personal loans and credit cards within established service levels Understanding of complex applications and having an in-depth understanding of banking credit policies, code of conduct and compliance regulations Managing mortgage settlements, discharges and other transactions through PEXA Assist in the management of inboxes to ensure that queries are completed within SLA’s Conducting title searches, lodging FHOG and NHFIC applications and coordinating settlements with third parties Performing all post settlement maintenance including contract variations and other general administration Your Profile You are a collaborative service professional who will: have previous operational experience in loans administration be able to adapt to shifting priorities have excellent attention to detail be a member oriented have excellent communication skills be proficient in Microsoft applications (minimum – intermediate level) have strong administration skills have previous experience using PEXA We’ve built a values-based team and nurture a culture where our members are at the forefront of what we do.
