The Opportunity: We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail driven customer service professional to join our team on a full-time, 12-month maximum term basis. Based in our East Perth office, this role is available with an immediate commencement. In this role, you’ll support our Wholesale customers after they’ve purchased minted products, playing a key part in ensuring every order is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. From managing high value orders to responding to enquiries and following shipments through to completion, you’ll be a trusted point of contact throughout the customer journey. This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly - who enjoys working with precision, values compliance, and understands the importance of trust when dealing with high value transactions. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, accountability, and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. About You: You’re calm, organised, and confident working in a customer focused environment where accuracy and compliance really matter. You communicate clearly, listen carefully, and take a considered approach to problem solving - especially when handling high value or sensitive transactions. You’re comfortable working with email and phone, can manage competing priorities, and have a strong eye for detail. You take ownership of your work, follow processes carefully, and understand the importance of risk awareness and regulatory compliance. You’re also a collaborative team member - open to feedback, supportive of others, and motivated to continuously improve how things are done.
