About the Role Reporting to the Compliance Officer, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for a specialised, short-term data reconciliation project. This role focuses on the high-volume entry and validation of historical records to ensure internal compliance and accurate processing of project deliverables. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Auditing source documentation to ensure digital records match with legacy inputs, maintaining the flow of information between internal systems, and performing final-stage data validation. Audit Readiness: Ensuring all entries meet the specific formatting and documentation standards required for the project’s finalisation. Confidentiality: Maintaining strict adherence to privacy protocols regarding sensitive organisational and personnel information. Required Skills & Attributes Exceptional Accuracy: A high level of precision when handling numerical data. Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with complete professional confidentiality. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Excel and basic database management software. Anomaly Detection/Pattern Recognition: Ability to identify irregularities or outliers that require further investigation Focus: Ability to maintain high productivity levels during repetitive tasks.
