We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Resort Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Resort Managers, across both Moreton Bay & Elimbah resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. About the Role This newly created part-time role will initially offer 25 hours per week (5 hours each day), with the potential to grow to full time over the next 6 months. Your daily responsibilities will include: Maintaining and updating homeowner data and records Raising, issuing, and tracking purchase orders Managing digital filing systems and document organisation Ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of registers and resort data Providing general administrative support to the Resort Manager to assist smooth resort operations About You You will thrive in this role if you are: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Happy to travel between both Moreton Bay & Elimbah resorts Confident working with data, registers and digital systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A great communicator who enjoys supporting a busy team Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively A holder of a current driver’s licence Why Join GemLife?
