We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to help showcase our projects, people, and brand across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media and marketing use Capture job site progress, completed projects, behind-the-scenes content, and team features Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Edit photos and videos for professional, on-brand presentation Collaborate with management to develop content ideas and campaigns Maintain consistent branding and messaging Track engagement and suggest improvements to grow reach Qualifications: Experience creating content for social media or digital marketing Strong photo and video skills (phone or camera-based) Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar) Understanding of social media trends and best practices Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interest in construction, building, or trades is a plus What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Flexible schedule Creative freedom and ownership of content Opportunity to grow with a local building company
