About the Role The Head of Field Execution is a senior operational leadership role with end-to-end accountability for field delivery outcomes across BuildCam nationally. This role exists to ensure that what is sold or committed is delivered properly, on time, and to standard. Reporting to the General Manager BuildCam, you will own delivery integrity across scheduling, installer performance, installation quality, and field execution. This is a hands-on role focused on preventing breakdowns as the business scales; including late installs, over-committed capacity, installer underperformance, quality failures, and delivery-related escalations. This is not a desk-only role. You will spend time in the field, in warehouses, with installers, and on sites setting standards, enforcing discipline, and leading by example.
