We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable commercial builder delivering high-rise projects on the Gold Coast . This is a hands-on role suited to a strong site leader with proven experience managing complex, multi-storey construction projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple levels Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials Drive programme, productivity and quality outcomes Enforce WHS compliance, SWMS and site safety procedures Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and site inspections Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and Australian Standards Manage defects, rectifications and quality control Liaise with Project Managers, engineers and consultants Complete site diaries and reporting About You Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial high-rise projects Strong understanding of structure, services and finishing trades Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work fronts Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance Requirements White Card (essential) Certificate IV in Building & Construction (preferred) Trade background (carpentry highly regarded) First Aid / Work at Heights / Confined Space (advantageous) What’s on Offer $200,000 – $250,000 plus super Ongoing Gold Coast-based high-rise projects Long-term role with a stable commercial builder Strong systems, support and career progression Please contact Chantal on 0410 928 512 or press the quick apply button.
