IEPro are working with a well-regarded engineering and construction consultancy to hire an experienced Contract/Project Manager based on the Gold Coast. This opportunity sits within a business delivering a range of civil infrastructure and development projects across South East Queensland, supported by a collaborative leadership team and strong internal systems. This role offers the chance to combine commercial oversight with hands-on project delivery in a stable and growing environment. The Opportunity As Contract/Project Manager, you will take ownership of both contractual and delivery aspects of projects, ensuring scope, cost, program, and quality objectives are met. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to manage risk, maintain commercial control, and drive successful project outcomes. This role suits a professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery. The Role In this role, you will: Manage contracts, variations, and commercial reporting Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project performance Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements Support procurement and negotiation activities Contribute to continuous improvement across project and commercial systems About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Experience in contract administration and project management within civil or infrastructure environments Strong commercial awareness and contract management capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines A practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery Commitment to quality, accountability, and collaboration The Benefits Permanent role based on the Gold Coast Competitive salary package up to $180k super Exposure to diverse civil and infrastructure projects Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding business Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
