With a strong pipeline of work and a growing team, we are now seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor – Switchrooms to lead our skilled trades and support the safe, efficient delivery of upcoming projects. This role is based at our Yatala switchroom yard , overseeing construction activities, workshop delivery and onsite deployments as required. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor with solid electrical construction experience, ideally across switchrooms, HV/LV installations, switchboards, fit-outs and site-based electrical works . You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage a team of trades and subcontractors, drive productivity, and maintain CE Group’s high standards for quality and safety. This is a full-time, ongoing role with an ASAP start . Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical trades, apprentices and subcontractors within our Yatala switchroom facility Coordinate daily works, resources, materials and workshop logistics Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification Conduct toolbox talks, SWMS reviews and safety checks Liaise with PMs, engineers and clients to support delivery Oversee QA, inspections, FAT preparations and documentation Support onsite installation and commissioning teams as required About You QLD Licensed Electrician Proven experience in electrical construction , ideally including switchrooms, industrial or infrastructure works Strong leadership skills and ability to get the best from a team High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality Ability to read drawings, plan works and troubleshoot on the fly Valid driver’s licence and construction white card Why Join CE Group?
