IEPro are working with a well regarded civil contractor who are seeking an experienced Civil Quality Representative for a permanent role based on the Gold Coast. This opportunity sits within a high performing project delivery team responsible for delivering major civil infrastructure works across South East Queensland. The role offers stability, long term work, and the chance to be closely involved in site delivery while maintaining strong quality outcomes. The Opportunity As Civil Quality Representative, you will support the implementation and maintenance of project quality systems across active civil construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements. This role will suit someone who enjoys being site based, detail focused, and actively involved in project delivery. The Role In this role, you will: Implement and maintain project quality management systems Conduct site inspections and quality audits Review ITPs, lot registers, and quality documentation Support site teams with quality compliance requirements Manage non conformances and corrective actions Ensure works align with specifications, standards, and approvals Maintain accurate and audit ready quality records Promote a strong quality culture across site teams About You To succeed, you will bring: Experience in a quality or engineering role within civil construction Strong understanding of civil infrastructure standards and specifications Ability to interpret drawings, ITPs, and technical documentation High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communication style with site and project teams Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction, or quality systems preferred The Benefits Permanent Gold Coast based role Long term project pipeline Supportive and experienced delivery team Competitive salary package up to $160k super Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
