The Role We’re looking for a talented and driven Proposal Writer & Content Coordinator to join our national Business Development team. This is a hands-on role for a creative communicator who can tell a great story, write with flair, and translate complex operational information into engaging, client-focused narratives that help us win business. You’ll play a key role in developing, managing, and maintaining our proposal content and knowledge library — ensuring every tender, pitch, and presentation reflects TWG’s distinctive brand, voice, and value. Key Responsibilities Write and edit high-impact, persuasive content for tenders, proposals, and capability documents. Act as the one source of truth for TWG’s messaging — capturing what makes us different and why clients choose us. Build, manage, and maintain a central proposal content library with up-to-date information, templates, and brand-aligned copy. Research competitors and industry trends to help position TWG distinctively in the market. Collaborate across departments to gather insights and information, translating technical and operational details into compelling client stories. Coordinate multiple tender submissions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and polish. Work closely with the Executive General Manager – Business Development, BDMs, and subject matter experts to continually elevate proposal quality. About You You’re a storyteller with commercial awareness — equally comfortable writing creatively and working in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You’ll bring: Proven writing experience in proposals, bids, marketing communications, or corporate storytelling. A strong grasp of language, tone, and brand alignment. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and extracting key information. A self-starter mindset — proactive, curious, and solutions-focused. Hospitality, professional services, or creative industry experience (advantageous but not essential). Why TWG?
