What you'll do You'll be the driving force behind how Queensland Health attracts talent statewide. Day-to-day, this means: Creating and rolling out attraction strategies and policies. Giving expert, trusted advice to senior leaders and the wider recruitment network, making sure everything we do is legally sound and best-practice. Leading complex projects and programs. Writing submissions, executive briefs and policy papers that shape how we recruit now and into the future. Building and growing statewide Communities of Practice to share knowledge and lift standards in attraction state-wide. Coaching and mentoring hiring managers and recruiters on policy and best practice attraction. Building strong, lasting relationships inside and outside the organisation. About you You're someone who's already made a big impact in strategic talent attraction or recruitment at an enterprise or system-wide level. You bring: Deep, up-to-date expertise in modern attraction and recruitment and the ability to teach it to others. A track record of successfully leading large HR or recruitment projects that delivered measurable organisational wins. Strong policy development experience and the ability to write clear, influential submissions, briefs and papers for senior audiences. Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills. You're comfortable in complex, ambiguous settings and still get things done. A strategic brain, a love of new ideas, and genuine passion for improving public health through great people.
