In these pivotal roles, you will oversee the delivery of a critical business support function which includes Finances and Human Resource processes and reporting for our busy Delivery Support Service (DSS) or Digital Health & Business Solutions (DHBS) business unit ensuring that day to day business operations run efficiently, effectively, and in line with strategic priorities. You will report directly to the Senior Director providing trusted leadership and oversight across all incoming corporate requests, correspondence and business management activities. Your expertise will ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and strong alignment between business support functions, delivery teams, and senior leadership. About the role As the Senior Business Officer, you will: Manage and lead the coordination and delivery, of core business functions activities including finance, administration, human resources, information management, procurement, contract management and analysis and reporting. Ensure alignment and compliance with organisational and departmental policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Champion cultural improvement initiatives, driving a high-performance, innovative, and accountable workplace. Deliver innovative and practical solutions that enable programs and projects to succeed across the agency. Strengthen internal and external communications, supporting collaboration and consistency in messaging and engagement. Provide strategic advice and high-level analysis to senior executives, contributing to informed decision-making and organisational success.
