The role The Senior Director, Culture and Capability within the Office of the Deputy Director-General (ODDG), Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ), is a key member of the division's Leadership Team. You will work closely with the Deputy Director-General and HIQ Leadership Team and key stakeholders to shape a collaborative, high-performing, and delivery focused workplace culture You will design and deliver culture and capability programs informed by data, oversee a comprehensive People and Culture Strategy covering workforce planning, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and organisational change, and provide expert advice to senior leaders. Building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring ethical, effective governance will be central to your success.
