As a member of the Finance Systems team, you will provide the business and technical support that underpins the department's financial operations in SAP S/4HANA. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and enjoys translating complex system data into practical solutions that keep processes running smoothly. Your days will involve providing tier 1 and 2 support to end-users and performing system administration inclusive to supporting, and maintaining financial statements to meet organisational objectives. You will manage user access and governance in line with audit requirements, and document processes and work instructions to ensure clarity and compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the department to resolve issues, contribute to system solutions, and support testing to ensure SAP meets business requirements. Collaboration is central to this role, as you will build constructive partnerships with clients and colleagues and actively contribute to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment. While the role covers a wide range of operational and technical tasks, its success relies on the foundational work you do each day, maintaining accurate systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring processes are reliable, efficient and fit for purpose.
