Description Reception & Front Office Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and positive impression. Manage visitor sign-in, site inductions, and security card administration. Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and staff amenities. Office & Facilities Administration Manage incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, first aid kits, and workwear. Assist with facilities maintenance, contractor coordination, and compliance record-keeping. Support planning and reporting of site services and events. HR & Training Support Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination. Maintain training records, prepare materials, and book courses. Provide administrative support for employee events and engagement activities. Procurement & Vendor Support Raise and manage purchase orders from creation through to closure. Liaise with finance and procurement to support vendor setup, invoices, and dispute resolution. Support supplier management, including monitoring performance and updating delivery schedules.
