Requirements The Role Join our team as a Strata Assistant (internally referred to as ACM) and play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of strata properties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist a Community Manager (CM) in managing a portfolio of strata properties/body corporates and have a variety of responsibilities including: Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls Writing correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines Attendance at some meetings Managing diaries and schedules Establishing strong client relationships About You Ideally you will have previous strata or property management experience. However, you may have a keen interest in the industry and be looking to showcase your strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Full training and support will be provided by an experienced team to help you succeed. Successful traits for this role include being a solution finder, confident speaker, and effective researcher, while staying calm under pressure. You will enjoy working with policies and procedures, and excel in customer service, problem-solving, administration, negotiation, and be tech savvy.
