About the role As the Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Management team in delivering high-quality services across a portfolio of properties. You will assist in implementing policies and procedures, preparing reports and budgets, and ensuring tenant satisfaction while contributing to sustainability initiatives and risk management. Key responsibilities include: Attend regular inspections, liaising with tenants, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers Support the preparation of asset plans, reports, budgets, and forecasts Liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and compliance Assist in lease administration, contract management & arrears collection, ensuring critical dates and data is passed on within the team Ensure all contracts, insurances and lease documents are kept up to date About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have; Strong administrative and organisational skills Ideally 2 years administrative experience within the property industry Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Team player & proactive attitude High level attention to detail, and a desire to grow your skills and contribute to a high-performing team.
