We are currently seeking an Admissions Specialist – Secondary to join our Advancement team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our learning community. This is a full time role reporting into the Admissions Manager. Start Date: 12 January 2026 As the Admissions Specialist – Secondary, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and families exploring Years 7 to 12 at both Hillcrest and Rivercrest Christian Colleges. You will lead the student recruitment, enrolment, and retention processes across both campuses – Secondary, working within budget and timelines to support the ongoing growth and financial viability of Crest Education. With a focus on customer service, data-informed decision-making, and strong interpersonal skills, you'll help families navigate the secondary school journey — including pathway options such as VCE, VCE-VM , and the IB Diploma. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Serve as the primary contact for prospective Secondary families, providing timely and accurate information. Manage all operational and administrative aspects of the Secondary enrolment process across our campuses. Respond to enquiries across phone, email, website, and other platforms with professionalism and warmth. Collaborate with the CREST Primary Admissions Specialist to ensure a seamless transition from ELC to Year 12 Process applications, offers, and documentation to ensure seamless enrolment. Support events such as school tours, open days, and information sessions Provide guidance on subject selection and academic pathways, including VCE, VCE-VM, the IB Middle Years Program (MYP), and the IB Diploma. About You You are a people-focused professional with a passion for education and a talent for building relationships. You combine hands-on experience in enrolment management and are motivated by helping families make informed decisions about their children’s education. Experience in admissions within the Independent, Catholic or Not-For-Profit education sectors. Proven ability to take initiative, drive projects, and meet deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Approachable, ensuring a welcoming environment for prospective families Knowledge of secondary education pathways (VCE, VCE-VM, IB Diploma) preferred but not essential High attention to detail and proficiency in CRM or database systems Hold a valid Employment Working with Children Check Attributes & ethos Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of CREST Education.
