The role – International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Coordinator CREST Education is seeking an experienced and passionate IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to lead the implementation and development of the IBDP at our Clyde North campus. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to shape a high-performing academic culture within a vibrant Christian learning community. Reporting to the Head of Campus (SLC), the IBDP Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the Diploma Programme, ensuring excellence in delivery, assessment, communication, and compliance with IB standards. The role requires strong collaboration with staff, students, and parents to support student achievement and uphold the Christian ethos of CREST Education. This role attracts a position of responsibility allowance (P4) currently at $11,180 per year, tenured to end of 2027. This amount will be subject to an annual increase by 1 February 2026, which is yet to be announced. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing development of the IBDP. Act as the primary liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate Organisation. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure curriculum alignment, academic integrity, and effective assessment practices. Support and advise students on subject selection, university pathways, and academic progress. Manage the examination process, including internal and external assessments, mock exams, and extended essays. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff regarding programme expectations, progress, and outcomes. Oversee IBDP data, reporting, and compliance, ensuring timely submissions and accurate records. Represent CREST Education at IBDP network meetings and professional development opportunities. Support a culture of Christian faith, learning, and excellence, consistent with CREST’s mission and values. The successful candidate will have: A strong understanding of and experience in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, preferably with at least three years as an IBDP leader or teacher. Demonstrated success as a school administrator with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A Master’s degree in education or administration (preferred) and appropriate teaching qualifications. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents in a diverse school environment.
