With projects ranging from education and retail to industrial and mixed-use developments, this is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator who enjoys variety, stability, and the chance to work in a newly upgraded, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for tenders and negotiated projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and scope clarity. Work closely with Project Managers and Directors during tender reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement in estimating processes and systems. About You Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Estimator within commercial construction. Strong understanding of cost planning, subcontractor management, and tendering. Ability to manage multiple estimates concurrently with strong attention to detail. Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Perth-based with full Australian working rights. What’s On Offer $160K–$200K Super, depending on experience.
