We’re currently on the lookout for a reliable and mechanically minded Trade Assistant to join our team in Henderson , assisting with the stripping and rebuilding of crushers alongside experienced fitters. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping things tidy, and don’t mind getting stuck into a bit of everything, we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Assisting fitters in the workshop and yard Using hand tools, grinders, and buffing equipment Painting and cleaning machine parts Pressure washing parts and keeping the workspace clean Picking up and delivering parts using the manual work Ute Supporting a team committed to safety – take 5s and JSEAs are part of our daily routine What We’re Looking For Forklift ticket – essential Dogging ticket – highly regarded Mechanically minded with a good work ethic Safety conscious and proactive Able to drive a manual vehicle Willing to pitch in with various tasks and learn on the job Hours & Perks Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm Fridays: 6:00am – 2:00pm Weekend work available if breakdowns occur Monthly BBQs , Friday snacks & soft drinks , and a smoko van every weekday at 8:50am Lunch break from 1:00pm to 1:30pm How to Apply?
