Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations from groundworks through to final delivery. Oversee subcontractor performance, logistics, and program scheduling. Ensure compliance with WHS standards and maintain high-quality outcomes. Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and clients to meet project milestones. Mentor and lead site teams to achieve efficient and safe project delivery. About You Proven background as a Senior Site Manager on commercial builds $50M . Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams. Deep understanding of WA building codes, safety, and compliance processes. Skilled in sequencing, logistics, and managing complex construction environments. Local Perth experience and full Australian working rights essential.
