Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, ensuring all program, budget, and quality milestones are achieved. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, contract administration , and cost reporting. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success. Ensure full compliance with WHS, environmental, and risk management standards . Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and direction to site and delivery teams. About You Proven Project Management experience on commercial builds ($20M). Solid expertise in contractual, financial, and programming management . Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Perth-based, with full Australian working rights . What’s On Offer $170K–$200K Super , depending on experience.
