This role provides an excellent opportunity to manage a flagship build from inception to completion while being supported by an experienced leadership team, proven systems, and a consistent pipeline of upcoming work. With a strong presence across WA’s commercial, residential, and community sectors, this is a long-term role designed for a driven professional ready to deliver excellence and advance their career within a reputable local builder. Key Responsibilities Oversee full project delivery from design through to completion. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor engagement. Drive program performance while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Provide leadership and direction to the project and site teams. Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Ensure commercial performance through detailed reporting and proactive risk management. About You Proven experience managing commercial or residential projects $20M–$50M . Background in retirement living, aged care, or mixed-use developments advantageous. Excellent commercial, financial, and program management capability. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with clear accountability. Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights essential.
