Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple residential builds. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain build quality, presentation, and safety standards on site. Conduct regular inspections, reporting, and client updates. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. About You Proven experience supervising residential home builds in WA. Knowledge of single and double-storey construction processes. Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
