Responsibilities: - Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets - Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery - Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise - Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients and senior management - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards - Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and software development - Mentor and train junior project managers and team members - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to identify new project opportunities and contribute to business growth.
