As Marketing Coordinator at Diversified, you will play a key role in assisting the execution of the annual marketing plan for the relevant event(s). Responsibilities Plan, write, build and schedule social media content for your respective event(s), ensuring brand voice and content pillars are adhered toEnd-to-end management of email campaigns to encourage registrations and ticket sales as well as exhibitor stand and sponsorship sales – this includes data management, as directed by MMCoordinate with media partners to ensure timely delivery of deliverables such as copy, adverts and banner creativesAssist with briefing digital marketing agencies and suppliers on paid digital campaignsCreate design assets (social tiles, web banners, video etc.) where required in CanvaCollaborate with the MM and brand teams to develop ideas for content that can be shared with your respective event(s) audience, to encourage registrations, sales and year-round engagementBrief design agencies on creative elements required for the event, including but not limited to digital banners, brochures, social media tiles, email banners, general marketing collateral, and video contentBrief videographers and photographers on creating required promotional content to be captured onsiteTake ownership and ensure websites and other digital channels are always up to dateManage the execution of marketing related sponsorship deliverablesAssist with data building projects in conjunction with MMPost event channel analysisUse of key marketing tools (Salesforce Account Engagement, WordPress, Events Air, Canva, Social channels, scheduling tool and Asana. Video editing software a plus).
